Abstract

In the system of methods of management on the basis of technologies of organizational management methods on the basis of models of management of life cycle of the organization are considered. On the basis of model of life cycle of the organization of J. Gardner the problems and the prospects of management of the strategy of business of the organization in national economy caused by the current cyclic recession of macroeconomic activity, which minimum caused by change of the V technological way by the VI are considered.

Abstract

In article possibilities of use of instruments of competitive investigation for stimulation of innovative activity of the companies are considered. The purpose of this article - to embroider existing researches of tools and methods of stimulation of innovative activity and to analyse possibilities of application of methods of competitive investigation for stimulation of innovative activity. In article it is shown that competitive investigation consists of a three-stage cycle: risk identification, monitoring of risk factors and management action. For the analysis the case – a method is used. As cases for research the global, international companies having formal structure of competitive investigation are chosen, allocating weak and strengths on a prospecting cycle. Summarizing the got experience, it is possible to allocate a row useful the practician and recommendations:

• The stage identification of risks based on scenario planning with allocation of jet and active drivers of change of environment, is the effective tool for the environment analysis. DASA example;

• The monitoring of environment based on application of shadow groups which have some freedom in division of drivers of environment into making components, but closely contact to scenario team, and also inclusion of functions of monitoring in daily activity of linear employees – the tools increasing quality of system of the Territory. AstraZeneca and Citibank examples;

• Giving to structure of competitive investigation of the high status and involvement in work of the central committee of the high-ranking employees increases attention of the organization on risks, and also stimulates management to adoption of necessary decisions. Citibank example;

• The organization of continuity and smoother replacement of key shots in group of investigation, and also the deep analysis of competences of candidates taking into account the basic demanded skills increases efficiency of structure of competitive investigation. Shell example.

Abstract

Intellectual capital becomes a factor, which is the core competitiveness of economic systems, and it is a key resource for the growth and development of not only individual companies, but also the country as a whole. The elements of intellectual capital set the pace of technology, form the basis of innovation. This article focuses on the dependence between innovation development of companies and countries on the formation of intellectual capital management strategy. We consider innovation as a competitive advantage achieved through the development of certain elements of the intellectual capital. The importance of intellectual capital management in order to increase the level of innovativeness of the country is proved on the example of the Global Innovation Index. We consider the innovation development at the company level through intellectual resource management, and provide financial and non-financial methods of evaluation of intellectual capital.

Abstract

Today practice of creation own online of business is widespread in the USA and Europe while in Russia similar practice only gathers gradually a turn. Nevertheless, in Russia start treating a similar kind of activity more seriously. An objective of this research - to determine expediency of maintaining by the luxury fashionable companies of commercial activity online on the example of the largest foreign players. As a result of research it is defined that purchase online of goods of haute couture – a question ambiguous as many do not find in general need for acquisition of similar things owing to economic prerequisites and personal claims. During research it was revealed that the beginning of active sales of luxury goods, in particular clothes subjects, can negatively influence brand representation for perception of the consumer. The following conclusion concerns the main channel of communications between the buyer and the seller. Despite probable negative effects of sales online, nevertheless, the companies should be reoriented and conduct vigorous marketing activity in a network. Physical shops – an important aspect of maintenance of the status, but it is possible to assume that this services industry is developed quite strongly. Other situation is about online marketiny for фэшн the industries, after all in fact, 10 years ago the companies as Chanel, Dior were categorically against similar shift of values towards digital technologies, today it is inevitable.
