Abstract
Crowdfunding, open innovation, the Agile model are an important organizational and economic mechanism in today's business. Born abroad, these models had real prototypes that were tested in the USSR economy. This article provides a brief description of these prototypes and describes some features of the functioning of the Soviet national economy. Based on the analysis, the author calls for continuity in the development of the Russian school of management, actively using the experience gained in the past.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the impact of personalized data on the profitability of companies. Personalized data is considered as a resource that allows you to achieve customer loyalty and thereby increase sales, i.e. increase profits. The research considers ways to use personalized data in various fields of activity and identifies the reasons for limitations in using this approach, the most common of which are the lack of qualified personnel, resource consumption and lack of a clear vision of the result. We concluded that it is necessary to use various tools for studying and personalizing customer experience, regardless of the field of activity of the companies in order to maximize the company's profits.

Abstract
Based on the assessments of the rate of recovery of the main sectors of the Russian economy, made by the Rating Agency "National Credit Ratings" (NKR), an analysis of the strategic prospects for the development of the domestic economy is carried out. Based on the linking of the branches of the Russian economy, positioned by the NKR in terms of development rates as "badgers", "bison", "leopards", "horses", "snails", to the technological paradigms that determine the basic technologies of their production, a significant technological backwardness of the Russian economy has been demonstrated. and suggested ways of strategically overcoming Russia's technological lag behind world leaders, primarily in terms of basic technologies (technological core) of the sixth technological order, which will determine the effectiveness of the development of national economies in the coming decades.

Abstract
Crisis management is a complex and complex science that studies companies in various sectors of the economy and offers solutions for diagnosing and overcoming the crisis. However, unfortunately, at the moment, crisis management tools are still not completely universal and are based on “standards”, which vary greatly from industry to industry. Therefore, there is a need to create new models for diagnosing bankruptcy risk, focused on specific industries, such as the high-tech sector of the economy. The research methodology includes the use of the logical method, the method of expert estimates, the method of statistical analysis and data comparison. In addition, the article considers the Salov-Maslov model, identifies key indicators, and shows the specifics of the development of high-tech sector companies. A special contribution of the authors is the analysis of crisis management tools, conditions and features of its application for companies in the high-tech sector of the economy. At present, all the necessary conditions for the development and expansion of high-tech companies have been formed in Russia, however, the challenges of the global economy are making their own adjustments, and therefore it is necessary to have theoretically developed methods and guidelines for crisis management of problematic companies in the arsenal.

Abstract
Detailed model for analyzing and diagnosing the financial condition is the main incentive for effective company management. When selecting indicators, normalizing and grouping, there are a number of difficulties that are solved using integral ranking. However, integral ranking models are so heterogeneous that the company's management has to manually calculate important coefficients and draw conclusions, while financial analysts are engaged in calculating currently unimportant indicators. Therefore, business need several methods for calculating integral coefficient for key indicators and universal model of company is convolution into single (effective) index. Such methods have long existed in banking practice (effective rate). This is the first time that effective indexing indicator has been proposed to assess the financial condition of business. Article presents an algorithm for integral ranking of companies by key indicators of financial statements, and performs computational calculations. Author recommends using this tool to improve the efficiency of financial analytics the business.

The article examines the institutional and economic prerequisites for transforming the world economy based on digital technologies, summarizes the challenges and threats to the development of society in the context of the development of the digital economy, identifies the economic effects of digitalization of the economy; identified problems and prospects for the use of digital technologies in Russia.
