The article provides an overview of scientific positions in relation to various schools of personnel management, their main provisions. The relevance of the topic is justified by the search for possible effective scientific approaches developed by various management schools for their application in a modern organization in personnel management. The purpose of the article is to summarize the scientific positions that precede modern approaches to personnel management in the context of the evolution of socio-economic and organizational factors. Factors of the emergence of various directions are considered, the main accents of theories and their evolution are shown. Conclusions are made about the main unifying and various aspects of personnel management, which are manifested during the considered stages of the evolution of scientific approaches.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the development of small innovative enterprises in Russia. As part of the study, the analysis of indicators characterizing certain aspects of the activities of small innovative enterprises has been carried out. In addition, an attempt was made to resolve the terminological ambiguity in relation to certain concepts related to the topic of the work. Among the key method used in writing the work, one can mention the study of literature, documents and results of activities. The analysis revealed a stable growth trend of small innovative enterprises. In addition, there was a positive trend in indicators indicating the efficiency of such enterprises. Since the list of statistical indicators given in the article is not exhaustive, this study can be continued towards the selection of additional indicators that reflect certain aspects of the activities of small innovative companies.
This article is devoted to the analysis of corporate and social technologies in the business environment and the definition of their role in creating the intellectual capital of a modern enterprise. It is proposed to consider the possibility of evaluating the effectiveness of corporate and social technologies from the perspective of implementing the project activities of the enterprise. It is noted that there are difficulties in determining this efficiency, which are associated with the impossibility of carrying out quantitative calculations of the result obtained from socially oriented activities and insufficient information to identify dependencies between the effect of social technologies and the processes of intellectualization of the enterprise. Within the framework of this article, generalized directions for building a future instrumental apparatus for determining the quantitative and qualitative results of CSR implementation are proposed, which in the future will allow forming concretized methods for implementing a systematic intellectual transformation of the enterprise.
This article examines the results of a study of trends in the Internet promotion of regional umbrella brands in order to test the hypothesis that the modern promotion of umbrella brand companies is concentrated on the Internet. Research objectives: to study the Internet promotion of companies under regional umbrella brands; to analyze the Internet promotion of local companies under the "Buy Perm" brand, as well as delivery services operating in the Perm Region. To solve the tasks set, the methods of comparative and monographic analysis, as well as the index method, content analysis and retail audit will be used in the work. The article highlighted trends in the development of umbrella brand websites, as well as considered some of the largest and most popular trading platforms on the Interne. The conditions of delivery and the convenience of such services as DeliveryClub, Sberbank, Yandex were analyzed. Food, Home delivery, Lamoda, Wildberries and Ozon. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that many food delivery services do not deliver products to remote areas of Perm, which does not make it possible to cover the consumer territory as much as possible.
