Abstract

It is shown that only two of 7 gateway types offered by BPMN specification are essential; the others can be substituted by proposed techniques. Today in the world where the frequency of occurrence of new technologies reaches its maximum, the rate of reaction and flexibility of the large enterprises in all markets in any location is very important. Every industry is rapidly developing, creating new products and services where development drivers are not multi-billion corporations, but small startups that tries to create a unique and innovative product that will be able to compete in highly competitive markets or can create its own "blue ocean". The main task of the "giants" of the market in such situation, not to compete with a promising company, but to use these opportunities for the benefit of strategic or financial goals.

Abstract

Substantial human and financial resources are required for designing and market penetration of the mobile application, which implies the necessity of assessment of the effectiveness of this activity for successful operation on the rapidly developing market. The object of this article is formation of a set of the most relevant tools for assessment of effectiveness of mobile applications development and implementation. Special focus is on the study of mobile applications market, its speciality and tendency in Russia; review of methodology for assessment of effectiveness of mobile applications development and implementation is also present. The most appropriate tools for assessment of effectiveness of mobile applications development and implementation are formed in the thesis.

Abstract
In the process of lending to borrowers, it is important for banks to assess their creditworthiness. The article considers the importance of creditworthiness and the process of lending borrowers. A comparative analysis of the widely used foreign and Russian methods for assessing creditworthiness was carried out, their differences and features of the creditworthiness analysis of the borrower were revealed, and recommendations were given for a more complete accounting of the borrower's financial condition when assessing creditworthiness. The necessity of conducting anti-crisis monitoring of borrowers as a mechanism for ensuring the financial stability of banks is substantiated.

Abstract
The impact of Western sanctions on the Russian economy have led to a crisis in different sectors of the economy. State support of innovative projects has decreased significantly, private business do not always meet customer needs in the field of innovation. However, the development of innovative projects in the modern world is one of the key determinants of competitive advantage of companies. In this article the author examines the life cycle of competitive advantages and principles of strategic management in conditions of crisis, shows the main tasks of the management in the formation of competitive advantages and draws conclusions about the effective management of benefits in a crisis.

Abstract
Recently the situation in the market of diamonds and brilliants is characterized by a number of various changes. The analysis and supply and demand studying in the world market, multilateral and national measures of regulation, interaction of the international organizations and communities, dynamics of the prices and specifics of their formation, transformation of organizational structure allowed to draw certain conclusions and to understand a condition of a diamond and diamond complex at the present stage. Tendencies of development of the diamond and diamond market have considerable impact and on economic development of Russia. Being one of the main players in the market, our country takes a unique position among its other participants, thanks to a combination of several significant factors: the environment defining a condition of resource base; capacities for production and processing of diamond raw materials; unique processing base; culture of use of diamonds for the jeweler and technical purposes. The ALROSA group extracts about 95% of the Russian diamonds, being the leader of this branch, almost completely providing with raw materials the lapidary industry of Russia. In article necessary for development strategic and organizational changes of the companies in the market of diamonds and brilliants and possibility of formation of strategic alliances.
